# The location doesn’t appear in the map

If the locations doesn't appear in the map, follow this steps:

1. Check if the location has been added to the map. Follow [this guide](https://poimapmanager.com/docs/insert-a-location-in-a-map/) to find out how to do it.
2. Check the coordinates format. The coordinates must be entered using a dot as separator.
